How To Get Your FPS UP!
Well Some Of You New Guys Would Like To Know How To Get More FPS!
Well First Of All If Your Using These Current Video Cards
Nvidia
Or
ATI

For Nvidia Users :
Go To Manage 3D Settings In Your Nvidia Control Panel!
Next , Click Use The Advanced 3D Image Setting [Take Me There]
Scroll Down And Find Vertical Sync And Turn It Off
Next , Vind Texture Filtering - Quality On High Preformance
Now!
Start Cs 1.6 Open Consol And Type The Following
Net_Graph 3
Net_Graphpos
Fps_Max 100
And You Should Have 100 Fps
Additional Rates :
Hud_Fastswitch 1
cl_dynamiccrosshair 0

Find Open GL And Turn Off Vertical Sync
Now!
Start Cs 1.6 Open Consol And Type The Following
Net_Graph 3
Net_Graphpos
Fps_Max 100
And You Should Have 100 Fps

As a side note for those with 'super computers': The higher you set the FPS to the slower you will actually shoot.
e.g. someone with 200fps will empty their clip slower than someone with 100fps. It's not a significant amount but every bullet counts in CS.
100 is a good max to set. That's what I use anyway.
