How to Double Duck

Double Duck is a technique used widely by pro's.
It is used to make little hops, which makes running more silent, and also can help avoid getting shot sometimes.
It is performed like this.
Suppose duck is binded to the button CTRL
When running, you press down CTRL very quick (life for a few ms) and you make the first quick duck. Immediately after (no pause), you press CTRL again but for a full second, which will perform the Double Duck.
And you continue doing this for as long a you want while running.
All you have left is to go and practice.

yea, the first duck is just for 1 ms, and the second one for a full sec. kinda... u know, it's all practice

do make it more of a silent walk you can use mwheelup + ctrl
type in console bind mwheelup +duck
then you scroll up with your mouse and press ctrl down and continue doing that
you just need to figure out the timing
